Shipping policy
DreamBabyCo is located in Canberra, Australia and ships worldwide using Australia Post.
I am a handmade and in stock store, meaning that some products will be posted immediately, while others may be made to order and will incur a processing time. Orders will only be sent once all items are ready to leave the studio.
While i endeavour to ship your order ASAP, the handmade nature of some of my products means that i need to allow upto 2 weeks for your order to be shipped.
Due to weather and other delays delivery times may not be accurate. Please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally, for further information about delivery times please check - AUS Post Delivery Times
Please note
- DreamBabyCo is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. If you require your parcel urgently, please purchase an Express Postage option.
- No tracking is available on standard envelope postage, if you need tracking for your order, please purchase Parcel Tracking.
- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.
- orders may include free products
- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed
- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends
-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. DreamBabyCo is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of DreamBabyCo’s control.
